Shipping within Germany is free for orders over EUR 85. For orders up to EUR 84.99, shipping costs are EUR 5.99.
If you live in an EU country, shipping costs are EUR 14.99 for orders up to a value of EUR 149.99. Shipping is free for orders over a value of EUR 150.00.

I mainly ship with DHL.
Customers who collect their ordered and paid goods themselves have the opportunity to collect them by arrangement at the following times:
Mon - Fri: 9am - 1pm 3pm - 7pm
Sat: 10am - 2pm

Payment options
The following payment options are available to you:
- Payment in advance: You have the option of paying the invoice amount in advance by bank transfer. Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
- PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can process your payment easily and securely via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal during the order process, where you must log in with your login details and confirm the payment.
- Stripe (Credit card): You can also pay for your order by credit card via the payment service provider Stripe. To do this, you must enter your credit card details during the ordering process and confirm the payment. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and many other credit cards.
- Klarna (Purchase on account): Pay easily and securely by invoice with Klarna. Select the 'Klarna invoice' option at checkout and receive your order before you have to pay. Klarna also offers you the option of paying the invoice amount in installments. This way you remain flexible and can shop in a relaxed manner.

In order to avoid waste and conserve resources, I consistently focus on reusing shipping boxes. I attach great importance to ensuring that quality is not compromised. This measure is an important step towards environmentally friendly packaging solutions.

My new shipping boxes are made primarily from environmentally friendly materials such as grass or recycled paper. With this conscious choice of materials, we not only conserve resources, but also make an important contribution to reducing our environmental impact. I will continue to rely on innovative shipping solutions for a more sustainable future.
Environmental paper
The environmental impact of my shipping labels is particularly important to me. That's why I print them on environmentally friendly paper with the Blue Angel. This certificate guarantees that the paper comes from sustainable forestry and was produced in an environmentally friendly way.
Digitalized invoice delivery
In order to further reduce paper consumption, I have completely digitalized the way I send invoices. This means you receive your invoices in a convenient and environmentally friendly digital format. This measure helps to minimize paper consumption and continuously reduce our ecological footprint.
